Worcester Gold
Need help finding a gym in the central massachusetts area!?
Alright I work out in Hopkinton but I live in Worcester. I’ve had previous memberships at Perfect Shape in Milford and during the cooler months it was a decent gym. I pretty much only use free weights for strength training and definately more interested in cardio. Problem is everywhere I look I see horrific reviews or pure lifting gyms in the worcester area. Gold’s gym and Bay State both being power lifting gyms. World Gym and Planet Fitness getting bad reviews…
Anyone in the area recommend a spot to check out? Would appreciate some options.

well there’s “everybody’s fitness center” on 441 southbridge street in auburn. also, the auburn athletic club on 489 washington street (route 20) in auburn. And i think i’ve seen one on june street in worcester, not sure though.
