The First Steps To Healthy Eating

Keeping fit and in good health involves doing sport and eating healthy foods 

Are you eating correctly and doing sport to stay healthy

Not to many of us play a game yet most of us are fans  being a fan is about as close as most of us get to sport 

By following the game you leave the home  however just being a TV a fan on the sofa means no activity at all 

All the players that we follow are usually supremely fit  Yeah but these players are paid to be fit

We all would love to be paid to do our favourite sports and it would be a dream to get the type of money that a professional player gets  But this would mean daily fitness training

One problem with staying fit is the time effort and sometimes even money and being unhealthy just seems to fits with ease into our hectic lives

For some of us if we feel like getting fit we might go to a gym for a few weeks Even with our good intentions most of us do not stick to our new health and fitness regime

If fitness is not for you it is time for some healthy eating

Do most of us eat the things we know we should?  You all know the answer to this question it is –  No  Eating junk food and snacking is the easy option

Begin by eating fresh not processed food A food does not have ingredients like emulsifiers mono or added flavour and colour  What is this wonder food – It is fruit

First you need to get a healthy Recipes Cookbook and start eating fruit

Fruit is available everywhere and tastes wounderful 
Here are some of my favourites

Cherries – the best sweet cherries are pink or black getting cherries go for the ones that are dry and stay clear of packets that have a more leaves to berries Try Merton Heart but the more acid cherry like morello is more suited to cooking

Peaches are devided into two different types Free-stone [peaches] with [soft] juicy flesh which is separated from the centre stone with ease and Cling-stone which have firmer flesh adhering tightly to the centre stone Free-stone in my opinion have the better flavour When buying peaches avoid any which are split or those with bruised skins and brown or soft spots

Oranges The Shamouti Jaffa are round and large they have very few seeds and are juicy and sweet Navel oranges have thin smooth skin but are distinguished by the raised embryo growth growth on one end similar to the human navel The smaller Mandarin often eaten at Christmas is round but has a somewhat flatter appearance is flatter appears flatter than the Jaffa it has a loose orange skin and and has pips
