Which is true concerning the servings of vegetables suggested for each day?
Two to four servings are suggested.
The serving size is the same for raw, cooked or vegetable juice.
The serving size for raw, leafy vegetables is greater than the serving size for yellow vegetables.
The serving size for raw, leafy vegetables is less than the serving size for yellow vegetables.
A standard serve of vegetables is half a cup, regardless of what vegetable it is.
