I have two baby kittens, about 3 weeks old. . when do they start lapping milk from a saucer?

How do i care for them until they are old enough to find homes for them? I already have 1 Siamese and two dogs.. i cannot keep them..

Three weeks is way too young for them to be away from the mother cat. At that age they still need their mother’s milk (not cow’s milk). They won’t be able to lap or eat solids till they are 4-5 weeks old, so you’ll need to bottle feed them until then.

Unless you are able to hand read them (which means feeding them every few hours) you would be best to get them to a veterinarian so they can be hand-reared by an expert.
