How many calories in a bowl of pasta with tomato sauce, some added tomatoes and a bit of chopped up bacon?

Something I have for lunch sometimes just wondering if it’s a good lunch choice or something I shouldn’t have too often.

depends on how much pasta, how much is a bit of chopped up bacon and what the tomato sauce is made with other than tomatoes.

its easy to under estimate how much ur eating with things like pasta or when u say its just a bit but dont actually know how much.

if i was to make that it would be around 400 calories..though in the past when i had no idea how much i was eating that could have been double or more.
