Is it better to eat a Hamburger or 6 plates of salad and nuts?

Would it be better to eat a filling hamburger that will satisfy me for hours or 6 plates of healthy food and nuts? The reason I ask is because I’m trying to lose weight and keep active, but I find myself terribly hungry still, no matter how much good food I eat!
So would it be better to eat a lot of a god thing, or a little of a bad thing?
I guess it’s the same question with A big bowl of yougurt, or a bite sized chocolate? You can probably tell I’m craving a bit too!

definitely a hamburger. if you use lean ground beef (or better yet, ground turkey) and leave off the cheese & mayo, it’s really not bad for you at all. plus, eating salad with nuts (especially such large amounts) is probably quite a bit higher in fat & calories, due to the nuts.

why not try eating a hamburger, and serving steamed veggies or salad (low-cal dressing, no nuts, cheese, or croutons) as a side to fill you up? that way you can avoid depriving yourself but still be eating healthy and staying full. good luck!

(as for the yogurt vs. chocolate, same thing goes calorie-wise: a tiny amount of chocolate has significantly fewer calories than a big bowl of yogurt. however, a bite of chocolate won’t make you full, so you want to take that into account when making your choices.)
