Messi is always triple marked but that’s not such a big problem when D.Alves is playing because D.Alves takes advantage of that extra space that Messi is making.
He is by far the most dangerous man on planet, it’s normal that defenders give special attention to him, they know that all he needs is split of a second and they couldn’t catch him any more so they’re always super focused when playing against him.
Ronaldinho was triple marked after 2006 too, it’s normal thing when you’re unstoppable… Messi can’t be stopped by only one defender, maybe he can stop him once or twice but Messi rarely gives a third chance…. FACT.
