Round Vegetable

what fruit, vegetable, or plant can grow year round in all types of weather in Brooklyn, New York?
grow and produce? None all year. With a greenhouse your options increase but the cost of constructing and heating one makes the product produced very expensive. You can keep the cost down with cool season crops such as greens; lettuce, etc. Temps don’t need to be has high as for tomatoes, thus less expensive to produce.
If you mean plants that will live from year to year, but be dormant in winter, as said above many fruit trees, some berry bushes, as for vegetables; asparagus, horse radish are two that come to mind.
You can store many root vegetables in the ground until about January…those you grew the previous growing season but don’t harvest for awhile. These would be parnsips, turnips and carrots for example.
