I actually have 8 years experiences working in catering department and just finished my healthy nutrition course, all I want to serve is healthy foods something like Tossed.

First get experience by working in someone else’s business.
If you want to go ahead find premises with no rivals and suitable customer base.
find suppliers.
get finance – need a business plan.
Won’t be easy but work at it.
