Should there be a relegation trapdoor in Division 3?

Some junior clubs such as Linlithgow Rose and Tayport get gates that the likes of Montrose and East Stirling can only dream of. Surely a structure can be put in place like the English set-up giving teams out with the SFL a chance to join the league.

definitely, my local team is irvine meadow.. we get more attendances than kilmarnock and they are a premier league side. plus it gives new teams a chance its a good idea
