What do ya think of this funny bread making story?

I was going to make bread to take over to my mom’s. I could not find the salt. So I saw a glass in the cupboard that my GF had. It was course like salt (not fine like sugar), So I figured she borrowd salt. I put a bit in the bread, and the bread rose like you would not believe. We ate the bread, and everyone thought it was good. My GF then asked me if I saw her Alka-Seltzer that she had in the glass in the cupboard. I laughed, and told her it was in the bread.
It was Eno, not Alka-Seltzer

That’s funny. I bet the bread tasted fine, too.
