Roanoke Cream
Can I freeze a torta that I make with feta and cream cheese?
I have some feta cheese that I need to use before it expires. I want to make a the Greek Cheese Torta that is in the Pampered Chef recipe book but I don’t need it right now.
Would it freeze well? If not, could I just freeze the feta cheese?
Here’s the recipe if anyone wants it. IT IS DELICIOUS!!!!

You’re right, that recipe is delicious. I don’t know that it would freeze well, though, because of the cream cheese. I have frozen feta cheese before and when it thaws, it will crumble amazingly easy. However, I think I would just freeze the feta rather than trying to make the torta and then freeze.
