Lidded Vegetable

Fry hamburgers w/ a lid or w/out a lid?
do u think its better to fry hamburgers w/ a lid on the pan of with a lid and should i put vegetable oil in the pan before i fry them?
or without a lid*****
No lid, no oil needed. You can get a splatter screen to keep the grease under control, and you may want to cover the pan with a lid to assist in cheese melting near the end of cooking.
I use a cast iron pan with a splatter screen and a pot lid to help melt the cheese. I only flip the hamburgers once and don’t mash them with the spatula.
