Why wont my bike start?

Its only a 50cc Moped.About 2 weeks ago i got it and fixed it and it was running fine.I went to amsterdam for 4 days and came back started it first time i kicked it (electric starts not working yet,needs new batery) and it started but when i reved it it struggled and cut out,this happend a few times then it wouldent start at all so i hooked the jump leeds up to my car to my bike batery and tried the electric start,the bike was turning over fine but just not starting?Today i cleaned the carb,new spark plug (is sparking),and un flooded the engine (what the problem was) and it started and it was fine so i sprayed some carb cleaner into the carb trew the air filter while it was running then it cut ou and since hasent started but still ticking over and all that.what would the problem be?what else should i try before i burn it!!!

Twat, you flooded it again wiv carb cleaner. take the plug out again and dry it off, turn engine over a bit wiv electric start and plug out . then put it in and try again.
If it hasn’t started since how can it be ticking over and all that ?
