How to cook liquid eggs in large quantity? How to hold large quantity of scrambled eggs for serving?

I need to cook scrambled eggs for 150 without a kitchen. Need ideas on using electric fry pans, roasters, skillets, crock pots for cooking liquid whole eggs and holding them for serving without the eggs drying out. Also how much milk or water to add to a 34 ounce container of liquid eggs.

Hold the at 140 Degrees F in a crockpot/slow cooker for serving. A steam table can with stainless steel can turn them green.
