If you want a youthful skin, you cannot skip the well-known three-step formula in caring for you skin, twice a day: Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing. These three steps are essential for every skin type and you should follow them religiously. If you have acne prone skin then instead of using a cream cleanser you can go for an acne wash. Should you have a skin that’s dry, you’ll use cleanser that moisturizes at the same time.

You can use an alcohol-free toner if you have oily skin. It’s recommended that you invest in an alcohol based toner if have dry skin. Don’t forget that moisturization is essential for your skin’s appearance. Choose a moisturizer according to your skin texture. Vitamin E based moisturizer is the best.

If you are looking for anti aging skin care products, then I should mention that the market is filled with products that claim to be the best but the products are those that incorporates green tea extracts, buckwheat wax, and GABA technology. If you really want to look young or avoid aging then avoid going in the sun frequently, apply and if necessary re-apply sunscreen and don’t be stingy.

Give yourself that hot look with that broad rimmed sun hat. Cloth yourself well, wear cotton gloves to prevent dark spots and do not forget to use sunglasses. Scrub your body at least once a week with natural products such as oatmeal, ground almonds or hydroxy acids.

If you are really after fantastic-looking, youthful skin, you should rather steer clear from tobacco and alcohol. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day and your skin will be well-nourished.
