when trying to execute my game, i get an error message?

when i try to play “shattered horizon” i get the error message:
Could not initialize DirectX 10 graphics support. Is your graphics hardware DX10 compliant? do you have the latest graphics drivers from the manufacturer?
i am running vista… is there anyone who can help?
im not sure how do i check my graphics card

Just take a look at the system requirements. You’re going to be needing a high-end DirectX 10-class GPU, and the integrated GMA 3100 graphics are an utter piece of junk, let alone being DX9 only. If you want to play this graphically demanding game, get some hardware that’s up to snuff.
