I can’t get this tooth falling out dream out of my head, can anyone help?

I started feeling a wiggly tooth, and then another and soon I was spitting them out. I then recognized the dream because it is not the first time I have these type of dreams, so, in my sleep, i told myself it wasn’t real but the dream continued. I then put them in my hand and closed my fist, I went to go show them to someone because I kept looking at them and it felt so real. Its like in the dream I wanted validation that it wasn’t real. So then, I went to show them to my friend, and when I opened my hand the teeth were not teeth anymore, the were green, blue, and clear pebbles. Like those decorative pebbles people put in flower vases. The dream did not have the usual feeling of anxiety accompanied with it. I usually feel a sense of desperation, like, how will I go to work with no teeth, or, how will I find teeth by tomorrow. It was mainly a feeling of struggling trying to see the dream as a dream while in sleep. I am not in menopause and don’t grind my teeth either. Any insights?

I have also had a dream about losing a tooth and was very anxious during the dream about my appearance. It was the worst feeling, and I remember thinking I cannot be seen in public!!! Mine was only a one time dream, and I remember reading that it may mean some vitamin deficiency that the body is lacking in…not sure if I believe those dream books tho. I also tend to have the same type of dreams with varying stories, so it may just be something stuck in your head for a bit. It seems like you worked out a solution and that they turned to stones rather than teeth…so maybe you will be having better dreams now. Good luck!!
