How do I make a cup of green tea?!?

This has been bothering me a lot lately. but how do i make a cup of green tea with the Tea bags. I was wondering what size of a cup to use or whatever, like how much water use. will more/less water effect the benefits of green tea? I’m drinking green tea to help my stupid acne issue.

Green tea in a bag is just the same as any kind of tea bag, you just put it in any cup, any size, and fill it with water. I like mine steeped for just a few minutes, because I find the taste too tanniny for me after that. If you’re making a thermos or a pot full you will want to put 2 bags in. This kind of tea doesn’t take milk or sugar either, especially if you’re using it for a remedy. There are lots of natural remedies for acne, you should look into others, I find garlic works for me, both in a drink and applied directly on my face. Good luck!
