Fruit Saucer

Fruit Saucer
got some tiny white (3-4mm) white riggly/jumpy things on the saucer of my pot plant, any ideas? help please!?

have two plants (oranges grown from seed, though theyhave not fruited yet) recently repotted them, also have a recycling pot in he kitchen so we sometimes have a few fruit flies around, but recently noticed that both plants have some tiny wriggly things between the pot and saucer, they also dissapear quickly by jumping if disturbed!!! (very freaky) I looked on the web for fruit flies, but it says their larva are immoblie so im thinking I have two problems! any ideas on what they are and how to get rid of them????
Hany advice greatfully recieved!
Thank you!
