Dish Lid

Has anyone ever roasted a boneless turkey breast in the pampered chef rectangular baker with lid?
I have a 3 pound boneless turkey breast and i want to use my deep dish baker with the lid. How long and what temperature should i cook it?
Ok…or any roasting pan with a lid? The pampered chef one is stoneware.
I have a 3 pound boneless turkey breast and i want to use my deep dish baker with the lid. How long and what temperature should i cook it?
Follow your regular guides for cooking the turkey. It shouldn’t change with using the stoneware. I know whenever I am using my stoneware I still use the time and temperature guidelines stated by the product.
If you are worried about it being done sooner then normal check it at the half way mark for the temp. And then at the 3/4 mark.
