Why does the control panel of my Derby ducted heat/cool system continuously flash a small green light?

I have misplaced the instruction booklet. The unit isnt zoned. Even when the unit is turned off. Has any body got an idea of what it could be? It used to flash when it was pre set letting me know of this but now it is flashing all the time, pre set or not.

the green light probably either means that its got power and ok, or just means system is okay!
