Creamer Pitcher

How long will half and half stay fresh in my fridge, but in open container?

I have a cute ceramic creamer pitcher, but I’m leery of using it, since there’s no seal or lid. Will that affect its shelf life if it stays in the fridge? Thanks!

I wouldn’t trust it at all. Save the pitcher for when you want to serve it, then dump it back into the container. How will you remember the expiration date? Even with the cardboard cartons where you have to pinch them shut? If it’s before the expiration date, if it’s been opened I’m leary of it and sniff it.
