Covered Casserole
I have this recipe. Would I bake the potatoes in a covered dish or uncovered dish? please help?
SOUR CREAM MASHED POTATOES
Cook 8 potatoes, mash, using no milk.
Add: 1 pt. sour cream Dash of pepper
Pour in casserole and sprinkle with 1 package grated Cheddar cheese. Dot with butter and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before baking. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
You would bake that in an uncovered dish because you want the top to brown !
Sounds Tasty !!!!!!!
And at a low temperature like 350 degrees it wont burn in 30 minutes don’t worry
