Cornwall Oval

I have a pendant from the 1999 Cornwall eclipse?

It’s an open oval with a castle on it in the bottom right hand corner. The inscription reads:
“Total Solar Eclise – 11th August 1999 – Cornwall”
It’s made of 9ct gold and is about 4cm high and 3cm across.
I know it’s a long shot but can anyone tell me who made it, if it’s limited and anything at all about it’s design and which castle it is? There is a stamp on the back that says CIJ but Google brings nothing up.

If you want to know about it and nothing is in the google search, then you should try going out and get it examined by an expert. Good ones can actually tell where it is from. I don’t know if this is antique enough for the experts though, since it’s from 1999.
