where can i find a restaurant that serves snake cuisine in new york?

My girlfriend is Chinese and she misses china, especially the snake dish she had. She was explaining to me how they would take its liver and put it in wine then pop it then some liquid comes out and how they use the skin for salad or something…………………………although not helping my appetite as she and I ate dinner, I wanted to know if there is a place that does this because i want her to feel comfortable here with me.
