Is all hentai and anime legal in ireland?

Ireland does not know alot about anime and hentai so I was wondering if hentai/anime is illegal to import. Anime/hentai titles have been banned in canada and china and a few other places.Ilook at the banned list of movies and no hentai/anime were on it.You can also buy urotsukidoji in ireland and it got a 18 rating but not a R18 so I am confused what is legal and illegal.

lol Digimon, Monster Rancher, Elfen lied, Ninja scroll, and Bleach (and maybe mezzo forte dsa and kite liberator too) are not hentai; they are anime.

I’m not sure about this so you might want to ask in the travel->ireland section (if there is one). But, i know the demon beast invasion is made by the same author in Urotsukidoji.
