Prenatal Vitamins/ These Teens Multi One Source question!! Help?

Ok so I have a question im trying to grow my hair out past my boobs not to my waist but just in the middle of my stomache! it’s currently shoulder length and it takes seriously forever to grow out! im planning on taking prenatal vitamins ( no im not pregnant I just heard it helps with hair and nail growth ) But until my mom gets her check would this vitamin that I have help with my hair it’s called OneSource Advanced Teens Multi then it says Supports bone,skin,and immune health would it help with hair growth? just until I get prenatal vitamins?

Yeah that would help…but i wouldn’t take pregnancy pills that could seriously do some damage.
