My feet are the size of a loaf of bread?

my feet are the size of a loaf of bread and i don’t know what to do about it. I can’t wear any shoes, so when a place has a “no shoes, no shirt,” policy i can’t go in so i never go any where i have tried to chop the excess foot off but i just keeps growing back. OMG my foot just grew another 27 inches i can barley walk without falling over. HELP, i’m going down!!!!
I hope that no one is taking this seriously
