Blue Mark

How do i get a picture with a blue question mark in the middle to show up?

I am on piczo (the website) and trying to look at some photos of my friends that were added about 3 or 4 years ago but the arent coming up they are just showing blank and with a blue question mark in the middle (on safari browser) and a little white page icon in the top left hand corner that is broken (on mozilla firefox browser)
