I like the country in the summer time (otherwise it’s way to cold), I like the people and I love the food.
Every year we have an Octoberfest in Abu Dhabi and it’s just great. We even have a “Brauhaus” close by the house. I love Sauerkraut! I do not want to offend any Indian cooks on YA, but it’s a big different if a German fix it or an Indian.

When I fly to the US once the year I stop by in Frankfurt to meet a friend for a couple days. Also when we have just great roads, driving in Germany is much safer. Here is to much reckless driving and not following traffic rules.

I like the history of Germany, the castles and historic buildings like in Heidelberg, Rothenburg, Wuerzburg, Frankfurt and many more. Also the German infrastructure is great and so also the public transportation which we do not have here at all.

I like to visit Germany, but I do not want to live and work there. To cold, to high tax (here salaries are taxfree, medical care is provided and housing mostly, too) and many things are just to expensive. My husband loves German cars and drives a BMW.

A couple weeks ago we had a “German week” in Abu Dhabi and I went to see the Berliner Tiergarten Variete. Just great!

Will be in Germany again next year.
