Chicken Is Always a Favorite Dish

Sometimes you have no idea what you are going to cook for dinner, you just see ehat you have and go from there. I always buy chicken at the grocery store. Whether you use chicken breasts, thighs, or even the entire chicken, you can always have a nice meal when you use it. Our all time favorite is baked chicken (whole or breast) in garlic with salt and pepper. But last night I decided to make something different. So I searched online for chicken recipe and find hundreds and hundreds of recipes.

One very easy to follow is baked chicken recipe. Just preheat the oven then prepare the chicken, put it in the oven and watch TV until the time is right for you to get the chicken out of the oven. I also find some very interesting chicken breast recipes. Yesterdy instead of the garlic, salt, and pepper, I added butter per the recipe. When dinner was served my husband loved it. He drives for a living and hates the food where he was headed, so he took one with him.

You will love it when your huband loves what you cook. I am not a good cook, but I tried new recipes. At times I score high – but this is not the case all the time. My husband who is a great cook, is an honest judge of my culinary skills. He always makes the dinner and I learn from him. But I also have my way of cooking that he loves. Generally chicken dishes are very popular because of the low fat content, there are alot of dishes you can make with chicken. Even an amateur cook like me can hit a homerun. And now a day, it’s not that hard.
