Does anyone know any easy songs to play on guitar?
Hi! I was going to guitar lessons for some time and had to stop. I am going back and would like to show him that I learned a song or two. I am looking for some classic rock, blues, maybe country, soul and genres along that line. My influences include: Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Hubert Sumlin, Muddy Waters, Pink Floyd, Albert King, Freddie (Freddy) King, Albert Collins, GnR, Buddy Guy, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimmie Vaughn. ect ect. I am really into the kind of music these guys play. Thanks!
Those artists are actually kind of hard to play, at least to start.
Led Zeppelin “Bring in on home” (simple, blues rock)
Clapton / Cream / Whoever “Sunshine of your Love”
Hendrix – The Wind Cries Mary, or Purple Haze (his chords are hard, until you learn them, and leads aren’t easy, but can be skipped)
